ANNOUNCING FINTECH ISLANDS STARTUP PITCH
Founders of early-stage fintech startups with company offices in the Caribbean – or founders domiciled in the Caribbean – that have raised less than $1.5 million USD in investor funding.
Our 10 finalists will receive 2 complimentary all-access passes to FIX25, mentoring and education from industry experts via The TimePledge Network, and the opportunity to pitch on the main stage in front of hundreds of global fintech leaders and our panel of celebrity investors – a priceless opportunity to showcase and build your business!
As the Bajan cherry on top, three startups will also receive a non-dilutive cash award:
- $10,000 USD for 1st place.
- $5,000 USD for 2nd place.
- $2,500 USD for 3rd place.
Watch our website for announcements of special “roadshow” pitch events in collaboration with our partners throughout the Caribbean. Some online applicants may be invited to participate at these regional pitch events, and the winning startup at each “roadshow” pitch event will receive automatic qualification as one of our 10 finalists for the Fintech Islands Startup Pitch in January.
How Do I Apply?
Your pitch should include:
- Your company’s mission or vision.
- The problem you’re solving.
- The market size of the opportunity.
- Your product and what makes it unique.
- Traction and revenue.
- Evidence that your team can execute.
Pitches will be evaluated by the Fintech Islands team based on:
- Team.
- Market Validation.
- Product.
- Business Model.
- Founder’s ability to tell their story with authenticity and passion.
