As Senior Director of Products and Innovation for the Caribbean and Central America, Vivien Bendeck specializes in the development of payment products and solutions designed to meet the needs of both banked and unbanked segments.

From the implementation of payments to receive remittances through digital credentials, the launch of the debit portfolio for the affluent segment, and the ideation of specialized products for the new generations (Millennial and Genzers), Vivien focuses on implementing innovative value propositions that facilitate the interaction of different segments with payment methods.

Prior to her current position at Visa, Vivien led consumer products in multiple Latin American sub regions such as Andean, Southern Cone, Caribbean, and Central America with special emphasis on optimizing consumer portfolios.

Vivien has over 20 years of experience in the payment industry and has been working for Visa for 15 years. She graduated in Finance and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. She also has an MBA from the Florida International University. She holds certifications in Innovation from universities such as MIT, Harvard, and the University of Miami.
