Sujata Rastogi is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with 20 years of global experience in financial services, fintech and AI. As the Head of Growth at Alchera Technologies, an AI data science company started in Cambridge she leads strategic initiatives to accelerate growth. Based in London, UK, she has lived also lived in New York, San Francisco and Singapore. 

Sujata’s extensive career includes senior leadership roles at HSBC, where she spearheaded innovation in investment management, digital transformation and fintech partnerships. She has served as a diplomat and industry expert for the UK Department of Business and Trade in Silicon Valley, advising executives and founders from financial services and fintechs on US and UK international expansion. As Founder and CEO, Sujata built a marketplace platform from the ground up.

Sujata holds an MBA from London Business School with an exchange to Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, and an Innovative Technology Leader certificate from Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. She was named TIE Intrapreneur of the Year and a finalist at the Women in Investment Awards, and Women in Finance Awards in the UK.
