Pascale Elie is Haiti native entrepreneur. She is the co-founder and chairperson of HaitiPay, Haiti’s first privately regulated fintech company. HaitiPay began as a mobile wallet operator and has expanded to offer a wide range of digital payment solutions, acting as a transaction hub for financial institutions, including account transfers, cross-institution services, and international remittance deposits.

With her partners she launched CellPay Corporation that she also leads. CellPay is a U.S.-based fintech focused on linking global remittances to local merchant networks across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) markets.
