Mariame McIntosh Robinson is a global financial services leader with over 25 years of experience as a P&L leader, investor, board member and advisor to leading companies in the US and the Caribbean.

Over the past 9 years, Mariame has led companies as President & CEO of First Global Bank for ~7 years where she spearheaded the bank’s transformation resulting in the more than doubling of profits in first 3 years; and most recently, as President of a fintech firm in the United States for ~2 years where she led strategy, market expansion and strengthening of corporate governance.

She is passionate about strategy, cultural transformation and corporate governance in driving organizations to full potential performance and is currently the Managing Director of Global Triangle Advisors.

Mariame is a NACD certified Director and currently serves on several publicly listed and private global and regional Boards with profit ranging from US$700 million to $1.2 billion, notably Parkland Corporation, Digicel Group and Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility (non-profit).

She is a former McKinsey and Bain Consultant, and a private equity investor in companies in the Caribbean region; as well as a member of Young Presidents Organization, International Women’s Forum, and a Young Global Leader alum with the World Economic Forum. Mariame is the 1998 Jamaica Rhodes Scholar and also serves as the National Secretary for the Jamaica Rhodes Scholarship Selection.

Mariame holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from MIT, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a M.Phil in Economics from Oxford University.

She is married with two children.
