With three decades as a global executive, she has operated in 50 countries and lived on multiple continents. She currently serves as operating partner with Advent International one of the largest and most innovative private equity firms. 

From 2020-2023 she served as the Global Head of Digital and Data Analytics at Standard Chartered spearheading their vision and investment to build a leading digital banking platform to power global trade, commerce, and financial services. 

Her time in Silicon Valley included global executive payments and commerce roles at Facebook and blockchain crypto company Ripple. Her career spans extensive international roles at MasterCard and Citibank. 

She serves as a public director at Progressive Insurance, a Fortune 100

Company. She previously served on the board of MoneyGram.   She and her family currently live in New York.
