Julaire Hall is a Programs Officer at the Interledger Foundation, a nonprofit foundation advocating for the adoption of open, interoperable payments with an aim to increase access to digital financial services for those currently excluded from traditional financial services. At ILF, Julaire plays a pivotal role in developing and administering grant programs to resource the growth and adoption of interoperability through the Interledger Protocol. Julaire engages organizations and individuals with a keen interest in open-source, open payments and enabling inclusive digital financial services.
Julaire comes with over a decade of experience in planning, executing, and overseeing the successful delivery of programs in government and non-governmental organisations in Jamaica. Julaire holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business & Technology and Master of Science degree in Governance and Public Policy from the University of the West Indies. Julaire is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and is currently studying to become a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner.
